He is our inspiration and a legacy in the world of Fitness and Bodybuilding. Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers and Flex Magazine were all founded by the father of bodybuilding and fitness legend Joe Weider of Weider publications. Muscle and Fitness was founded in 1935 its first issue in 1936. Muscle and Fitness Hers was founded around this time by Joe specifically informational for women's health. Flex Magazine was launched in 1983 specifically for designed for information on Bodybuilding and to cater to Mr Olympia. These 3 magazines are a legacy of Joe Weider in the world of Fitness.
